Edouard François took an old Haussmannian hotel off the Champs-Elysées, cast it in concrete, completely tore out the interior, and punched windows throughout the façade wherever needed. The result is Fouquet’s Barrière, a luxury hotel located in the Golden Triangle of Paris.
